ADHD Harmony

Our Story

Most productivity systems are built on an assumption: that if you just had a better planner, a stricter routine, or more discipline, everything would click into place. For an ADHD brain, that assumption is the problem. It isn't a discipline gap — it's a mismatch between how the advice is designed and how the brain it's meant for actually works.

ADHD Harmony started from a simple observation: the struggles people describe — losing track of time, knowing exactly what to do and still not starting, clutter that reappears no matter how many times it's cleared, routines that hold for three days and then quietly vanish — aren't random. They cluster into patterns. And each pattern responds to a different kind of support.

So instead of one generic system for everyone, we built seven — one for each struggle pattern — and a short assessment to match you to the one that fits first. It's not a diagnosis, and it's not a substitute for professional care. It's an attempt to build the tool we wished existed: one that starts from what's actually happening in your day, not from what a neurotypical productivity book assumes is happening.

We're still building this in the open, module by module. If something about it doesn't work for you, we want to hear about it — hello@adhdharmony.com.
